Campaign Sketchbooks

CAMPAIGN SKETCHBOOKS is a multi-voiced narrative that brings together six comic book writers and artists who followed the behind-the-scenes of the 2022 French presidential election campaign. Led by Mathieu Sapin, the project features contributions from Kokopello (covering Valérie Pécresse and Jean Lassalle), Morgan Navarro (Marine Le Pen and Éric Zemmour), Dorothée de Monfreid (Yannick Jadot), Louison (Anne Hidalgo), and Lara (Jean-Luc Mélenchon and Fabien Roussel). Mathieu Sapin himself followed Emmanuel Macron.
Each artist created their pages in real time, drawing on current events to offer a behind-the-scenes look at the campaign.
